How to Select a Section and Group for Custom Tickets
When creating a custom ticket, you must decide which Section and Group your ticket will be sent to. The three sections are Web Services, FBS, and the IT Help Desk.
Currently, Web Services is the only section using the Commission Support Portal. Tickets to the other sections should be submitted in the regular way.
Web Services
Web Team
The Web Team is responsible for providing updates to the Commission's public website and SharePoint (intranet). The Web Team is also available to provide guidance on web accessibility and direction on how to create accessible documents.
FBS
FBS Team
The Fiscal and Business Services Section is responsible for overseeing all of the procurement, contracts, travel, accounting, business services, and budget development and monitoring for the Commission. In addition, FBS is the liaison with the various control agencies that oversee each of these areas.
IT Help Desk
Software Development Team
The software development team is responsible for providing software development services including analysis, development, testing, and maintenance of custom software applications.
Network Team
The Network Team maintains the health of the Network Infrastructure of the CTC.
Help Desk Team
The IT Help Desk handles any questions related to your computer or other information technology issues or services such as desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, cell phones, and email.
